Pink booths, also known as Sakhi Booths were installed at CV Raman Nagar. The set up for women is not being utilized properly because of lack of awareness. Men can also be seen casting their votes at pink booths. The idea of these booths is to increase the female voters’ turnout but it’s being used by men too which makes the idea unsuccessful.
